The Chandler story starts out when a guy met a girl…and eventually after some interesting circumstances got married.

We live the life of the Army, meaning never a dull moment and not a lot of control.  After spending a year and a half apart we thought “Hey.  We’re some good, kind, fun, attractive people…we should have a baby!”  And sooooooo in August of 2009 we welcomed a beautiful little girl, Sophia  (aka Pun’kin).  This blog has been a fun way for us to keep a good record of what our playful days (and sleepless nights) are like with Pun’kin.  When I forget what teething is like, I know I can read my own words and be instantly taken back.  These days though, she’s not so wee and still and much more tot sized and fast.

Now this site has turned into a catch all for our life.  Things we do, memories, events, pictures. Now Charmingly Chandler is a place where we open up* and share our lives with you.  Hopefully you’ll join us as we navigate life in the military, with a toddler…and whatever comes next.

*I should make it clear that my life is NOT an open book. I share a lot, but there are somethings (especially when children are involved) that are no ones business. Also, I have moderation semi-on. Sorry folks, but some people have too much hate in their hearts to allow for me to keep it all un-moderated.
